Update

So I've been told that I need to put an update on here by a few people - namely Kyle - but sorry no pictures again.

The kids and I are still living in good old C-Squared (Cedar City to you out of town folk) while Nick is living and working in Las Vegas. We've switched positions, now he is the one driving home every couple of weeks. His schedule is pretty sweet, he works for 5 days - 24 hours on, 24 hours off - so it's a total of 10 days and then he has 6 days off in a row so he gets to have a good amount of time at home with us. So far it's working out, but I am SO ready to be out in Vegas and us all living under the same roof again.

Nick is living with a great family. One of the guys in his Recruit class Bryan Wood said Nick could stay there while we are still getting things worked out to move down. He lives with his parents in this GINORMOUS home. Nick and Bryan live in the Casita aka Pool House. Ya that's right, a pool house. Picture Will and Carlton on the Fresh Prince of Bel Air, I would say Nick is Carlton. Anyway, we wouldn't be making it right now if it weren't for the Woods'.

I just put the house in the paper and on Craigslist to be rented out just the other day. We've gotten a few calls but that's it. I hate this crap but I guess that's what grown ups have to deal with.

The holidays were good, Nick actually had to work Christmas day so that was rough on us all. It was the first holiday we have ever spent apart but I guess it's something we'll need to get used to but it still sucks. So the kids and I went up to my parent's house for the holiday. My little bro flew in from Phoenix and I haven't seen him in a while so it was good to spend time with him and the rest of my brothers. As Mia opened all her presents she would say "Holy Mokes!" (holy smokes). Santa brought us a Wii for Christmas so there were many hours logged on it during our Tatom family tournaments. Such good times, my dad and my brother really work up a sweat, it's hilarious. I'm currently the "Bowling Master" with the high score of the family.

Nick came home a couple days after that and we got to have our own little Christmas together and spend New Year's playing UNO with Kayleb and falling asleep at precisely 12:02 am. That's what old people do, our New Year's partying days are over. But I feel ok about it since it's like a 1 second holiday.

Well I guess that's the latest update on our crazy little family, everybody's healthy and happy and that's what's most important!

talk about ask and you shall recieve. I asked you for an update on the blog and look at that it happened. If I would have known it was that easy I would of asked you for a Wii for myself. I don't like to brag, but I can hold my own at bowling. Enough being humble, I am the BEST BOWLING IN WII HISTORY! Yeah Malia that is a challenge!

YAY! I agree with Kyle (must be your bro?) that you need to post more. It's so fun to hear from you! You make me laugh..."picture the Fresh Prince of Bel Air." Funny stuff. Sometimes it really does suck to be a grown-up. I'm sorry that you're having to deal with so much stress. Way to keep your sense of humour and good attitude though. I hope you're in Vegas soon!

Maybe we should make this interesting...Crunch cup for the winner! If that doesn't bring out your competitive side, I don't know what would. You better pratice up on your bowling skills.

Who needs to practice? I bowled a 227 the first day on the Wii, bring it on homie, I'm always down for a challenge!

Bring Bring it on you two! If I re-call Kyle I bet you in two games of real bowling with the family a few weeks ago or maybe you bet one and I bet one, but who can really remember. So Bring Bring it one you two-I'll kick your trash:)

227....that's it...Really? Oh this is going to be easier then I thought. Maybe we should try something you can beat me at..mmmmm.....maybe....tennis...no I'm good at that too.. I don't know what you could maybe stand a chance at winning. Okay I better stop trash talking. I have only played once and I think I MIGHT have broke 100.
