Blogging Question

So I like to think of myself as pretty computer savvy. I did get a degree in Computer Information Systems mind you - even though that was 5 years ago and a lifetime in computers ago, I can still pretty much figure most things out that I want to do on the computer. That is except when it comes to this whole blogging thing. I've been trying to upload a little video from my digital camera onto the blog and it never works. How does everybody else get their videos to work? Help a girl out...
