Kayleb's first soccer game was this past Saturday. He was so excited he could hardly handle it, he wanted to put on his uniform the second he woke up in the morning and his game wasn't until 11 o'clock! So they are noW officially 1 and 0,the first win of the season. Now if you look closely to the pictures you will see that there is only one set of uniforms, the team they were supposed to play didn't show up but hey, a win's a win. There was actually another team with kids about the same age that didn't have a team to play either so our coach went over and asked if they wanted to play against us, they said they just wanted to play eachother. Which I really don't understand because isn't the point of playing in a soccer league to play other teams? Whatever...Anyway, so that team had on blue uniforms so the kids decided that the blue team was afraid of them.
So the coach just had the kids play against eachother, Kayleb actually got 3 goals! He and one other kid are really aggressive on the team, the rest of the kids just kind of run around. Kayleb was even throwing in some elbows, it didn't help that my dad was there, he encourages Kayleb to throw elbows. I have to keep remindng my dad that he's only 4 but he says it's never too early to learn.
After the game we went to WalMart along with just about everybody else that played soccer that morning, we saw one of the kids in the blue uniforms and Kayleb decides to yell out, "Hey, why were you so scared to play us?" The kid just looked at him like he was crazy...he kind of is. He has 5 more games this season, GO TIGERS!!

Your little man is stinkin' funny. I love that he yelled at the kid in Wal-mart. That is awesome. And way to throw elbows...it sounds like you have a little soccer star on your hands.
Go, Kayleb! What's up with your dad going to Kayleb's game, and not Kelia's! We're glad Kayleb likes soccer so much! He looks awesome in the pics!
