Over Easter weekend we were up North at my parents house again. I had Thursday and Friday off of work because the kids' daycare was closed for the holiday so I decided to go up to my parent's house for a few extra days. I love going to my parent's house because it's the only time I can really relax. The kids wake up early and I just send them on out to Grandma while I get to sleep in. I love it, they love it, Grandma loves it - we all win.
So anyway, this last time we took the kids up to the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point. It was so cool. It really made me wish I paid attention back in school when we learned about all this stuff. Dinosaurs are really cool creatures! It amazes me they used to be on the Earth, I really think stuff like that is weird, if I think about it too long I get weirded out. Anyway, if you haven't been to that museum you should go. My favorite part was the part with the sharks and the marine life. There was this Ginormous turtle skeleton that was insane. There's also this cool part where the kids can pretend to "discover" the dinosaur bones. There's little brushes that they can dust the sand off and stuff. Mia got bored and started to pour the sand down her pants but Kayleb and I had fun!

sad we missed out on the fun! Kelia cried the night before Easter. She just couldn't understand why we weren't in Utah, too!
