Back in the Picture Game

So we're in Vegas this weekend - again, we're in Vegas every weekend. Anyway, so I thought I would post some pictures since I have a computer I can use. Now remember, since I knew I didn't have a computer I haven't taken many pictures lately so this is really all I have.
Kayleb is taking swimming lessons again this year, I had him do the first class over again just to make sure he was ready for the next one. He just finished up level 1 last week and starts level 2 tomorrow. Here are some pictures from one day when I went to watch him.

He wanted me to take a picture of him going under the water, don't worry he's not drowning.

He's floating on his back with the teacher. At the end of his classes the teacher wrote on his report card that she "Loved having Kayleb in my class, he's such a cute kid and such a great listener!" Now the cute thing I agree with, the great listener thing...that's taking it a little too far.

I try to find some fun things for them to be able to do at home that can keep them occupied while I'm doing laundry, cleaning, cooking etc. so I bought them some paints to play with. Kayleb did really good with his picture but Mia just ended up mixing up all the paints together making one big pallet(sp?) of black paint. Then she decided to paint her hand.

So these are just a few of the happenings going on in our sometimes boring lives. Nick is still doing great in the academy. They have papers to write every single weekend so I've been able to help him with the papers and do his laundry and ironing while I'm in Vegas over the weekends. It's all I can really do to help him, I know it's hard for him being away from us while he's going through this really tough time but I know in the end it will be worth it. I'm getting really excited to be moving. The more I come out to Vegas the more I want to be here, we are still planning on moving out in November/December sometime but if our house sells before that (cross your fingers please) then we will move earlier.
Well until next time everyone, whenever that may be!

Ah, Malia.. You're amazing. You talk about it being hard for Nick, which I'm sure is true, but you are being such a trooper, having TWO full time jobs. Your kids are so cute and are obviously fairing quite well with the changes. All because they have a wonderful mother...YOU!

Kelia says "kayleb, I love your swimming lessons. I liked you floating on your back with the teacher. and I liked you under the water. Mia, you have dirty hands."

Cute pics. I am shocked how much older Mia looks - maybe its that her hair looks longer. We miss you guys. We'll look forward to seeing you at Bear lake? Kelia says, "I love you!"
