This was the first holiday we have ever missed with the kids. They spent the week we were in the Bahamas in Pleasant Grove with my parents. My brother Matt his wife Carin and their two girls Kelia and Ryann came down from Idaho to spend a few days with their "cuzzins". Kayleb and Kelia are 1 day apart and Ryann and Mia are exactly 5 months apart. Nick says I always "copy" Carin by getting pregnant right after her - I swear it's not on purpose.
So the week they spent with my family was very fun-filled. They went to the Dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point, to Jump On It and decorated eggs together. They were stripped down to their nothings during the egg dying so they wouldn't ruin their clothes.
The Easter egg "hunt" is hilarious to me because most people find the eggs and put them in a basket; at the Tatom household they get put in Ziploc bags. Good times. Well it was sad to miss the holiday but the kids had so much fun they are still talking about it. Mia walks around the house yelling "Ry-ee" looking for her little cousin buddy. I'm sorry I missed out on all the fun!
